At Molier Furniture, we dedicate special attention to every aspect of the manufacturing of our furniture to ensure the safety and quality of each piece. From the initial design to the final finishes, every detail is rigorously taken care of.
Once the furniture is designed, we move on to the production stage in our factory, where we use CNC technology to make precise cuts that ensure a perfect assembly. Afterwards, we apply varnishes and water-based paints to guarantee the quality of our products.
Finally, our expert craftsmen perform the manual machining, polishing the wood, sanding and rounding each edge to eliminate any risk of scratches and ensure the safety of children interacting with our furniture.

Our furniture, made from birch wood, is designed following Montessori principles, which ensures that each piece not only meets the highest quality standards, but also adapts perfectly to the needs and tastes of our customers. Each product is made to order, which means that we do not have mass production inventory. This allows us to offer a level of customization that is difficult to find elsewhere.
Despite all the complexity and care we take in our production process, we are proud to be able to deliver our products within approximately 20 days. This time includes all the phases of the handcrafted process:
